Adam Biggs practices intellectual property law with a primary focus on patent litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Texas.
Prior to joining the Albritton Law Firm, Mr. Biggs gained experience in intellectual property transactions at a large Texas-based law firm. He gained experience prosecuting patents, drafting opinions, and supporting litigation in a variety of technological fields.
Representative technological fields include medical devices, semiconductors, computer networks, software, and telecommunications.
Mr. Biggs' experiences working as an engineer at a large aerospace company and as an engineer, manager, and inventor at a nation-wide food company have provided him with a unique perspective for listening to and understanding his clients’ needs. Having worked at both public and private companies, he understands the personal and financial stakes at risk during patent litigation.
